GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered.
Need something else? Send us your location and dates and we’ll help you work out the details.
Ask us on WhatsAppWhat is included in the hire?
Delivery, setup, collection, cover, filters, water-care chemicals and straightforward instructions are included.
What does my villa need?
You’ll need a flat outdoor space, a normal outdoor power socket, water access and a clear route for delivery. Please check with your host or property owner where needed.
How long does the water take to heat?
We normally allow around 4–6 hours, depending on weather and the starting water temperature. The tub heats while you settle into your stay.
Can I hire for less than a week?
No — our minimum hire is seven nights, so you have time to properly enjoy it.
How much electricity and water does it use?
The tub uses your property’s electricity and water. Actual usage varies with outdoor temperature, cover use and how often it is heated; keeping the cover on helps retain heat.
Is it safe for children?
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Follow the safety and water-care instructions provided, and keep the cover secure when the tub is not in use.
What if the weather changes?
The tub can still be enjoyed in typical Cyprus weather, but we may rearrange delivery if conditions make delivery or setup unsafe. We’ll contact you early if this happens.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Message us straight away. We’ll help you troubleshoot and, where possible, arrange support. Please do not attempt repairs yourself.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your online booking is confirmed when Stripe verifies full payment. You’ll see confirmation on the website and receive your Stripe payment receipt. We then contact you to arrange a delivery time. For WhatsApp bookings, we agree availability before you pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
We’ll try to move your dates subject to availability. Cancellations 14 days or more before delivery receive a 50% refund or full credit; within 14 days the payment becomes credit for a future booking.
